Let’s stay connected
Welcome to your Rainier Scholars “home” for alumni – a place to stay up-to-date with news, events, resources and ways to keep up with some of the most interesting people on the planet. Whether you are a recent graduate or an alum of several years, you will forever be a member of the Rainier Scholars family.
A growing network of alumni
Our first college graduates emerged in spring of 2013, with a new class joining the alumni ranks each year.

Our Alumni Affairs Council is proud to support our growing alumni network. There are three major themes to the Alumni Affairs:
- FUNraising
- FRIENDraising
- FUNDraising
We aim to establish a positive cycle of community development by promoting intra-cohort achievement and providing mentorship to successive generations of Rainier Scholars.

Stay connected
Our alumni stay in touch with one another and Rainier Scholars through social events (like our Alumni Cruise and Summer BBQ) and through volunteering. We also encourage alumni to come back and visit us at our Annual Luncheon in the spring.
Don’t live locally? You can still keep tabs on alumni:
Read our alumni newsletters to catch up on the most recent news.
What’s your news?
Share the big events in your life – engagements, weddings, promotions, travel, moves, new jobs and more! Please keep in touch by submitting a short update.
Volunteer
Connect
Support our college students by sharing insights from your college-to-career journey as they prepare to do the same. Email Steph Salazar for details.
Represent
Be an ambassador for Rainier Scholars at workplace functions and other venues. For more information, email Alli Wan.
Pay it forward
Offer your perspective to middle and high school scholars eager to learn from your Rainier Scholars experiences. For more information, email Alli Wan.
Give back
It is meaningful to our community when our alumni give back. It is an affirmation of the program and its impact. Because many graduates are just starting out in a new job and getting that first apartment, the act of giving is most important, not the amount. Every gift signals that this is a program you are proud of and want to endorse.
