Career Development Resources
A source for scholars + alumni to access information for navigating and developing their professional careers
The Leadership and Career Development Team believes that people continue to learn, grow, and develop throughout their lives, and we want every Rainier Scholar to have the opportunity to explore their interests, build skills, and pursue their passions. As a team, we identify and provide access to academic, leadership, and professional development opportunities, and engage partners in ways that center and benefit our scholars.
The resources below are designed to assist scholars in their professional exploration and development. The Rainier Scholars Career Development Team also facilitates high school and college internship placements, professional development workshops and programming, career exploration events, and networking connections, and is available to scholars and alumni for 1:1 career coaching and support.
