Come see our scholars in action! Seattle and Tacoma tours allow guests to observe classes, ask questions, and learn more about our unique approach to prepare our youngest scholars for college preparatory pathways. Whether you are brand new to learning about Rainier Scholars or are just curious about the current state of things, we hope you will be informed, engaged, and inspired on this program tour.
Please note, our tours are not intended for prospective applicants. If you would like to apply to the program, please attend a Family Information Meeting instead by filling out an inquiry form through our Applications page. In addition, our tours are designed with an adult audience in mind. If you plan to bring a child or teen with you, please reach out to us to see if we can accommodate the age range with our tour guides.

Seattle
In-Person Saturday
Fall tours of Seattle’s Academic Enrichment Phase (AEP) illustrate the power and scope of the 12-year Rainier Scholars journey. Tours include glimpses into Seattle’s AEP and Leadership & Career development programming.
Dates: October 10, November 7, December 5, January 16, February 6, March 13, March 27, April 10, April 24, May 8, May 22.

Tacoma
In-Person Tuesday
Fall tours offer an opportunity to observe our Literature/Writing and Math classes where scholars examine big questions like “What is the American Dream?” and “What keeps people from being themselves?” While in math, scholars will dig into math operations, fractions, and expressions.
Dates: Every 3rd Tuesday running from October-May
