Engage with our community
Volunteers play a key role in helping us support our scholars.
Our goal is to provide meaningful opportunities for individuals and groups who generously contribute their time, talent and expertise to strengthen our community.

The Leadership and Career Development Team seeks volunteers to join us in supporting every Rainier Scholar to have the opportunity to explore their interests, build skills, and pursue their passions. You can support scholars through a variety of career-related programs and activities, such as:
- Leadership Labs
- Career & Leadership Weekend
- Career Expo
- High School Internship Program
- College Internship Program
- Alumni Hiring
- Career Support (resume review, mock interviews, networking, etc.)

College Care Packages
October and February
Twice a year, volunteers assemble and send care packages to our college students. It is a great way to connect with a scholar and provide a much-needed boost during final exam time.
If you are interested in helping with college care packages, please email Bethany Furubayashi, Director of Corporate Engagement. Email
